Delete Your Account

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your ParAI account, we permanently remove all data associated with it, including:

  • Your user profile and account information
  • All child profiles you created
  • All activity logs (feeding, sleep, diaper changes)
  • Growth measurements and health records
  • AI chat conversations and history
  • AI-generated insights
  • Family sharing connections and invitations
  • Uploaded photos and files
  • Notification preferences and app settings

This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Please export any data you need before proceeding.

How to Delete Your Account In-App

  1. Open the ParAI app
  2. Go to Settings (gear icon or side menu)
  3. Tap your profile card at the top
  4. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account
  5. If you share child profiles with other caregivers, you'll be asked to transfer all data to another caregiver so nothing is lost
  6. Confirm the deletion twice to complete the process

Your account and all remaining data will be deleted immediately. You will be signed out automatically.

Request Deletion via Email

If you no longer have access to the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us at:

support@parai.app

We will verify your identity before processing the request. You may be asked to confirm ownership of the account through the email address or sign-in method used to create it. Requests are processed within 7 business days.

Data Retention

Upon account deletion, all your data is permanently removed from our servers. We do not retain any personal data after deletion, except where required by law (e.g., transaction records for tax compliance, which are retained in anonymized form).
